Producing process

We specialized in the production of high-end flat& bent tempered glass, with four Italian imported automatic cutting platform, three automatic edging production lines (Chamfering machine), multiple automatic single side edging machines, water jet cutting machine (Single head and Double head), multiple automatic drilling machines, two Southtech total radiation horizontal tempered furnaces , and one Southtech furnace for arc & irregular shape, can produce 4-12 mm flat & bent tempered glass, widely used in shower door , indoor & outdoor decoration, staircase railing, etc.
 

Storage

Every piece of glass will be carefully protected, sorted and neatly placed in the designated position. Using the data system to accurately enter and exit the warehouse according to the material number, so as to ensure that customers receive the glass in accordance with the requirements.
